How we use the details you send us.

Who we are

MZAN Logistics Ltd.

What the quote form collects

Your name, phone number, email address and how you'd like us to reply; the service you need; collection and delivery postcodes; details of the move or load (property size, floors, stairs or lift, boxes, large items, pallets, weight, how often); your preferred date; any notes; and any photos you choose to upload.

Why we collect it

To give you a quote and, if you book, to arrange and carry out the job. We don't use it for marketing and we don't sell it.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed on our website host (Cloudflare), stored in Airtable, and emailed to us and to you through an email delivery service (Resend).

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to quote for and carry out your job, and to keep the business records the law requires.
